By accessing or using Medulon ("the Platform") at medulon.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Medulon. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

3Account Registration

By creating an account, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

4Subscription Plans & Payments

Regarding our plans and billing:

• Medulon offers a Free plan and a Pro subscription plan.
• Pro subscription is billed monthly at the listed price and auto-renews unless cancelled.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
• Refund policy: We offer a 7-day refund on Pro subscriptions if you are unsatisfied. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5Acceptable Use

You agree to use Medulon only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Platform without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content from the Platform.
• Share, resell, or transfer your account credentials to others.
• Post or transmit any harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

6Intellectual Property

All content on Medulon — including questions, explanations, mock tests, certificates, design, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Medulon and is protected by copyright law. The Medulon name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.

7Certificates

Certificates issued by Medulon are for personal use and serve as evidence of performance on our platform. They are not equivalent to industry certifications or academic credentials. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if earned through dishonest means (e.g., cheating or sharing answers).

8Disclaimer of Warranties

Medulon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Use is at your own risk.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medulon and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of Medulon after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
